&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;STEPS:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chicken&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. Marinate chicken with light and dark soya sauce, and pepper for 1 hour&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. Pre heat oven &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Roast Chicken for 40 minutes at 175 degrees C ( 5 chicken thighs)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4.  *optional- coat the chicken thigh with honey when almost done&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. wash and cut tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. decorate on plate and add dressing&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mash Potatoes&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. pour hot water in the bowl and stir in mash potato mix until it is fluffy&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. pour hot water in another bowl and stir in meatball mix until smooth&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. put mash potato on place and pour the meatball sauce over it&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_94cQLe-JSs0/SOtiPJBIOhI/AAAAAAAAADc/VnDzd1ahW8Y/s400/P1010247.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;This recipe is easy to cook and tasty to eat. even those who don't fancy bittergould should give it a try. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients you need:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 eggs&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;1/4 bittergourd &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Soya sauce to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, let's get cooking:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. beat 3 eggs in a bowl&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. add pepper and soay sauce to taste and mix well in bowl&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. dig out the seeds from the middle of the bittergourd with a spoon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. cut the bittergourd into thin slices&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. heat up a wok and put a little oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. stir fry the bittergourd until cooked&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. pour the cooked bittergourd into the bowl of egges and mix well&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8. under medium low flame, pour the mixture ( egges and bittergourd) into the wok&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9. after one side of the egg is slighty brown and the top side of the egg is almost dry, flip the egg and wait for awhile ( till egg completely cooked)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;10.serve immediately.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;Bittergourd&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5254401600641710002" style="DISPLAY: block;
